TF42.7 TTCS AG’s Go-To Telehandler

The TF42.7 model supplies a lift height of 31’2”, and a maximum load capacity of 8,800 lbs. It is equipped with a low pivot, no flex boom that can lift 8,800 lbs. The 12’2” reach safely handles 3,000 lbs. This compact machine (14’11″ x 7’5″ x 8’4”) is surrounded by a 3’ solid ring of steel. The “ring of steel” protects the machine, and ensures overall machine balance allowing for higher capacity lifting within its compact footprint. Frame leveling and boom side shift are standard. Fan Drive, which allows the operator to change the fan directional flow from venting, which cools the radiators, to blowing, which cleans the radiators, eliminating dust and residues collected during the work phase is also standard.

The TF42.7 is equipped with Deutz 4 cyl. delivering 136 HP. The hydrostatic transmission makes for nimble and precise movement. The electromechanical joystick controls not only the boom and the machine’s shuttle (forward/backward) it also controls the diesel revs for optimum fuel consumption.

The enclosed premium cab (still the widest in its class) is equipped with a split door and a 360-degree view. The ergonomic dashboard is designed for easy access to the controls. The machine shuttle is conveniently located in two places: the joystick and the steering column. The pneumatic seat, coupled with the operator-controlled suspension system supplies a more comfortable ride in all situations. AC and heat flow through an 8 vent system for consistent comfort inside the cab. Plus, the side placement of the cabin air filters ensures constant fresh airflow.

Operators can safely attach many implements from the cab with Merlo’s Tac-Lock clamping system. Attaching a skid steer adaptor expands the range of usable implements. Towing hooks are standard; PTO is optional. With over 18” of ground clearance the TF42.7 can work on diverse terrain. Plus, its 25 mph makes this machine ready for travel. Three steering modes and 4WD enhance this machine’s maneuverability.

The TF42.7  delivers safety at all levels:

• ROPS and FOPS cab (which has a steel grid on the roof.);
• M CDC dynamic load control safety system with highly visible and audible signals show, in real-time, all the working parameters of the machine and its load on the color  8” LCD;
• On the cab’s right-side pillar is a “traffic light” indicator that clearly shows the machine’s stability;
• Static braking capability for secure parking on inclines; and
• All electrical and hydraulic components for boom operations are housed within the boom itself.
