It may look like “just a compact telehandler” but the Merlo P27.6 Plus delivers BIG capabilities. This compact machine (12’10’ x 6’0”x 6’5”) with its 10” ground clearance supplies a 6,600 lbs. maximum load capacity.
Better than just basic
Its ground-engaging, no-flex boom lifts smoothly to 19’4” and easily handles 3,300 lbs. The maximum reach of 10’9” safely carries 2,000 lbs. Weighing in at 10,700 lbs. unladen, the P27.6PLUS can safely be towed on a heavy-duty trailer.

Forks are standard. The hydraulic + electrical service outlets on the P27.6PlUS boom ensures this machine easily adapts to a wide selection of attachments such as buckets, manbaskets, winches, jibs, hooks, and augers. The easy-to-add skid steer adapter expands the attachment capabilities even more.

The P27.6 PLUS is an excellent replacement for many forklifts as it can carry more weight, offers comfortable, all terrain nimble maneuverability, and can supply more accurate placement of load. The P27.6PlUS’ nimbleness comes from its 4WD/3 steering modes, finger touch reverse shuttle, 11’ turning a ratio, and hydrostatic transmission.
Its quick response 25 mph is powered by a 4-cylinder 75Hp Kohler engine. Standard features also include Merlo safety system that monitors machine parameters in real time; work and travel lights; wipers front, back and top; pedal inching control for precise load placement; a Tac-lock system for in-cab control of attachment change out; and reversible fan for optimal engine performance.
