Best practices for contacting AMS-Merlo for Service Inquiries and Parts Ordering
Start here. Please have the following information:
- Make of your Merlo
- Last 8 digits of the Chassis number
- SAV number
All are found on the plate attached to the back of the cab.


Suggestion: Snap an image of the plate to have it easily accessible

START WITH A PHONE CALL to our service advisors.
When to call: Monday through Friday: 7:00 AM-3:30 PM EST.

Subject line: Merlo Model plus a quick few words of the issue.
Include the plate information in the body of the email, also.
Images are most appreciated when Codes and Dash Lights appear


The form requirements:
- Key in the requested info
- Select Standard or Urgent delivery (a must; if not selected the order will go out standard ground on the next shipping day)
- Hit Submit Now
Or, you can print out, complete where needed and either Fax (yes, we do have one 803-327-4952) or scan/save as pdf and email.

Need to Know: Shipping
Orders received before 3 pm Monday-Thursday and noon on Friday:
Urgent Orders: If part is in stock it will be shipped out the same day
Standard Orders: shipped out on the following Monday or Thursday, whichever day is next
